- We accept cash, money order cashier’s check as well as all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card.
What is your return policy?
The Customer may return extra items resulting from a Bloom design error without charge (excludes third party products) provided the return is made prior to installation, without damage and within 30 days of original delivery. However, returns due to customer measurement error will be subject to a restocking fee. Such items returned in original, unopened packaging will incur a 20% restocking fee; items returned in open packaging will incur a 35% restocking fee; and all returns may be subject to additional fees for, for example, damage or freight charges. No refunds will be made if the product returned is missing any parts or for items not normally carried in stock (i.e., “special order products) or items shipped from third parties. All products will be inspected on return before RMA credit is authorized. All replacement requests must be made within seven days of delivery. Items for replacement and return authorization requests must be inspected before a replacement can be completed. Bloom is not responsible for installation or modification of any replacement/exchanged items. Replacement/Return items must be returned to WKG for inspection before a replacement item or return authorization can be provided to customer. If an item cannot be returned to the WKG at the time if inspection, a photograph of the damaged or defective product must be provided along with reason of return/replacement for review and approval of replacement. All return items must be returned to the original Bloom showroom where the product was purchased from. No product returns will be accepted otherwise. No alterations will be accepted (cutout, drilled, marred, scraped and the like) without the consent of a Bloom Customer Representative.

Do you offer design help?
You bet! Our expert kitchen designers are available to design your kitchen and bathrooms at no charge. We will need your kitchen measurements in order to present you with an accurate design. Refer to our measurement guide here!
How long does it take to receive my kitchen cabinets once I place my order?
Our cabinets are in stock in our warehouse and ready to pick up or ship out within 7 business days from order date.
How will I know when my cabinets are shipped?
Once your order has shipped, we will contact you and provide you with all the tracking information, freight company name and shipment tracking number.
What is the interior finish of the cabinet?
Due to the fact that paint is naturally more delicate, the interior is stained in a natural wood finish to avoid any chipping and denting.
Do you offer in-house installations for cabinets, countertops, flooring, etc?
While we don't provide direct in-house installations, we offer comprehensive installation support through our trusted network of professionals:
- Countertops: We partner with vetted fabrication specialists known for their quality craftsmanship and reliability. - Cabinets, Flooring and others: If you do not have a contractor, our preferred contractor network includes experts that are able to install cabinets, floorings, tiles, with precise measurements and professional fitting.

How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed in-store after consulting with our designer. We’ll guide you through product selection, measurements, and customization options to ensure you get exactly what you need.
Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?
Edits or cancellations can be made if the order has not yet entered the shipping or production process. Please contact your sales representative immediately for assistance.
Do you offer delivery services?
Yes, we can provide delivery services for all cabinet orders. Delivery fees vary based on your location. Please ask our team for a delivery quote during your purchase.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the type of cabinets and quantity ordered:
- Stock cabinets are typically delivered within 5–7 business days. - Semi-custom and custom cabinets may take 7–10 business days, depending on production timelines.
Do you deliver outside of your local area?
We primarily deliver within the Philadelphia and South New Jersey area, but we may accommodate deliveries less than 150 miles from our locations for an additional fee. Contact us for details.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?
Yes, you can pick up your order from our store or warehouse. We’ll notify you when your order is ready for pickup and provide instructions.
Do you offer installation services?
While we don’t provide in-house installation services, we can recommend trusted local contractors who specialize in cabinet installation.
Can I schedule delivery to align with my contractor’s timeline?
Yes, we can coordinate delivery with your contractor’s schedule. Let us know your preferred timeline when placing your order.
What should I do if my cabinets arrive damaged?
If you notice any damage upon delivery or pickup, please notify us immediately. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue by replacing damaged items or offering a solution.
What happens if there’s a delay in my order?

No, all of our cabinetry comes with prefinished toekick. Most consumers choose to purchase additional toekick to cover the seams between the cabinets thereby giving them a more finished look.

Yes! We can have the cabinets ready either assembled together or knocked down/unassembled.
Are custom cabinets available?
Depending on the need, we offer semi-customizable cabinets with our European cabinets to give your kitchen a custom look at a fraction of the cost.
